There is a bit of noticeable difference in how the highlights roll off. Though will it be worth the cost of the S-Log perchase/rental plus a nice off board recorder for your production, that’s a call no one but you can make.

Fuji's New Sensor Pattern →
Instead of the traditional bayer pattern, they’ve built one that they say is more random and based around how the silver in film grain works. We’ll see how this pans out. This might be the next trend in digital cameras, with the Sony F65 using a non-bayer pattern in it’s sensors we might see people trying to get more out of the same sized sensors as the race to 4/8k slows down.
